Rooted in her fascination with nature, Hanna Kawan’s work reflects everything it transmits to her — what she learns from it and what she feels through it. Through this gesture, she does not seek to transport the viewer to an alternative place, but rather to invite them to connect more deeply with what already exists around them. “Nature invites us every day to take part in and witness something unique; we only need to pause and observe.”

Patricia explores everyday imagery through painting, ceramics, and spatial intervention. Her artistic approach combines spontaneous painterly gestures with a narrative language. Her work is built upon observation, emotion, memory, and spirituality. In recent years, she has incorporated ceramics and installation as complementary mediums. The imperfection of the line, color understood as emotion, and objects as symbols charged with invisible narratives are among her main interests.
Josefin Åberg

Josefin Åberg (b.1995, Nyköping, Sweden) is a Malmö-based textile artist and designer whose work moves within the intersection of traditional textile craft and technology. Her weavings explores the tactile and the digital simultaneously, drawing attention to the coded structures and algorithmic nature which both weaving and computers have in common. Traditional patterns and techniques are deconstructed and reinterpreted through the lens of glitch art aesthetics and digital expression.

Wonderful local gallery in Málaga! I had the pleasure of meeting Marta, one of the artists, when I stopped by the other day and purchased one of her prints. The space is warm, welcoming, and filled with beautiful work. I also love that the space showcases the work of women artists in Málaga and seeks to create an accessible community art space, especially during a time when Málaga has undergone a lot of gentrification. Definitely a must-stop!! :)
